BHealth Management was formed by R. Scott Graham, MBA to assist behavioral healthcare programs manage more effectively and efficiently.
Graham is a veteran of over 30 years as a mental health administrator. He has grown or turned around four nonprofit organizations in three states. One organization was honored as the Program of the Year by the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare.
He has been an administrative surveyor for CARF for over eight years and has assisted organizations in their preparation for accreditation.
Graham has published numerous articles and book chapters ranging from the implementation of psychiatric rehabilitation

Graham is a certified behavioral healthcare executive through the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare.
Graham has Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Springfield and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
